I meet people everyday and they ask me this question, “Who is Steve Emanuelli?”
People always approach me and wonder, who is this guy? Some people love me, and some people just don’t know who I am. Let me start and introduce myself…
My Name is Steve Emanuelli and this is who I am!
I love God, I’m married and have two beautiful kids, I was in the army and I treat everyone the same. I have nothing to hide and I respect everyone. I don’t care what color you are, race, religion, country or beliefs. You treat with respect, I treat you with respect. A very simple system!
I love my job as a Father, husband and a Realtor. What ever job I do, I give it 100% and nothing less.
Being a Realtor has been a blessing to me. I love helping and educating my clients, from selling and buying a home. To do this job, you have to love it. It’s not about the money, it’s about receiving loyalty and referrals. If my clients can’t trust me, I can’t find them their home. My clients do trust me and I find them a home, less than 30 days. Help me to help you. It’s an easy formula.
Helping a seller can be easy, all you need is great communication and honesty. I tell all my sellers, if your honest with me, it makes my job easy to sell your home. I’m honest and a great communicator.
Helping a buyer… WOW! This takes patience and skill. I have learned a simple rule working with my buyers. Just listen to everything they want. I write them down and respect their thoughts and decision. I’m different then most realtors, specially dealing with buyers. I’m truly honest with my buyers and I guide them, from the beginning to the end.
Let me be clear to you. If your a seller or buyer, I’ll be truly honest with you. If your a buyer and we see the house together and it does not look good, I will tell you, “Let’s walk away from this house.” Then, I will talk to you on the side and explain my actions. If your a seller and I know the offer is bad, I will tell you, “Don’t accept the offer!” The point is, I will be always honest with you on every deal. My belief, it’s never about my commission about building a relationship.
There is so much about me, but I rather meet you in person and tell you, who I am. I rather you judge me over a nice conversation or a cup of coffee.
